Tri Computers has been trading under its current ownership and management since 2011
Managing Director Dexter has worked for Tri Computers since incorporation and whilst managing director, still has an active role in delivering day-to-day service and maintains a technical background.
Operations Director Sam has worked for the company for over 10 years and currently is responsible for contract management and service delivery, as well as taking the lead on safeguarding and cybersecurity.
Operations Director Harvey started worked as a network manager within a school before managing our helpdesk team for many years. He is currently responsible for service delivery as well as providing training and support.
Office Administrator Sarah plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the support teams. She helps maintain accurate records, and supports internal administration processes.
Helpdesk Manager Jack manages the helpdesk team, providing all levels of day-to-day support and taking responsibility for ensuring service levels are met.
Our wider team consists of skilled professionals working across a range of roles, including junior technicians, on-site engineers, contract managers, senior engineers, and management. This structure allows us to provide responsive day-to-day support while also delivering strategic guidance and long-term ICT planning.
